At Viora Home, we attach great importance to ensuring that your order reaches you safely and quickly. Here is the most important information about our delivery process:

  • Processing time: After receiving your order, we usually need 3-5 business days to process your order. This includes sourcing the products from our manufacturers, quality checking and careful packaging.
  • Delivery time: Once processing is complete, the estimated delivery time is 5-12 business days, depending on your delivery address. Please note that personalized or custom-made items may require longer processing times.
  • Tracking: As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email. This allows you to track the shipping status at any time.

We work closely with experienced shipping service providers to ensure that your order arrives reliably and in perfect condition.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with an item for any reason, you have the option to request a return. To ensure that your return is processed smoothly, we ask you to note the following:

  1. Return conditions:

    • The return of the product must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
    • The product must be unused and undamaged and the label must be attached.
    • The original packaging must be present, e.g. the box of a mixer.

  2. Return process:

    • To initiate a return, please use our “ Return Request ” form . You can also find this in the navigation.
    • Fill out the form completely and, if necessary, upload a photo of the affected items.
    • Our team will review your request and contact you within 2-3 business days to clarify the next steps.

  3. Refund:

    • After successfully checking the return, we will refund the purchase amount to the payment method you used. Please note that refunds will only be made for legitimate returns.

Please note that the shipping costs for the return are borne by the buyer and the return is therefore not free unless there is an error on the part of the retailer. The costs of the return are calculated based on various factors such as the size and weight of the package.
